Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry. (I Corinthians 10:14 NKJV)

“You shall have no other gods before Me. “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. (Exodus 20:3-6 NKJV)

Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. (I John 5:21 NKJV)

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them. (Colossians 3:5-7 NKJV)

But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk. (Revelation 9:20 NKJV)

Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. (I Corinthians 6:9, 10 NKJV)

Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”? (James 4:5 NKJV)

You shall not make idols for yourselves; neither a carved image nor a [sacred] pillar shall you rear up for yourselves; nor shall you set up an engraved stone in your land, to bow down to it; for I [am] the LORD your God. (Leviticus 26: 1 NKJV)

For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God (1 Thessalonians 1: 9 NKJV)

I have been watching a lot of your videos and they are very informative – thank you for them.

I would like to know your view on the NKJV which you use as your reference bible most of the time. Please take a look at their logo and and some of the information out there and let me know your thoughts.

    God bless

I recognize the things that are said but I use it for easy reading and explanation, but I also use KJV and the Halleluyah Scriptures to cross reference to make sure what’s being said is accurate. When I read I have at least 2 bibles with me, but I use NKJV in videos because it’s easy English to understand for the majority

Hi, I want to thank you for all your work, all the content on your page and the videos. They have really helped me have discernment as a new believer. One pastor I have been following is Jack Hibbs from Chino Hills. I’d love to get your perspective on his preaching and if it’s sound doctrine. Also if there are any other preachers you would recommend?

My last question and it’s a controverisal topic amongst Christians, but can believers names be blotted out from the book of life in heaven? or once saved always saved?

I worry sometimes as a new believer if I am not learning fast enough. I hunger to know the Lord more and want to prepare for His return. How does God measure us if we’ve only had such little time to know him compared to someone who’s walked with christ..say 20, 30, or 45 years?

    Hope to get some clarification.
God Bless you and your family!

Reply I am grateful to Your study on Idolatry, it a fact that because the children of Israel turned their attention to the worship of other God’s Elohim chastised them . The journey which could have taken 11 days took them 40 years, Today because of ignorance many are caught up in worships without being aware, that idolatry is being done. Although in our obidence to Elohim we are rewarded, by things which is desired, yet in igmoramce worship creation.more Tham our Creator. All good gifts, comes From Elohim.
